Your config looks good to me, the PC should be getting 192.116.192.9 as the DNS
 server, which I assume is what your provider is announcing for your router.
Is the router getting the DNS server address? Try issuing the command "ipconfig
 /all" or "winipcfg" in the PC if you're running Windows 2000/XP or 95 respecti
vely. What IOS are you running? May be a bug... That's all I can think of now.
