No, that didnt solve it besides I disabled all protocols and interfaces but
ospf and same problem
As soon as you enable virtual link between R7 and R1 the following happens:

155.100.0.0/16 is variably subnetted, 11 subnets, 2 masks
C 155.100.127.0/24 is directly connected, Loopback0
O IA 155.100.123.0/24 [110/1563] via 155.100.35.1, 00:02:48, Serial0/0
O IA 155.100.122.0/24 [110/1563] via 155.100.35.1, 00:02:48, Serial0/0
O IA 155.100.121.1/32 [110/782] via 155.100.35.1, 00:02:48, Serial0/0
C 155.100.39.0/24 is directly connected, FastEthernet0/0.3
C 155.100.38.0/24 is directly connected, FastEthernet0/0.2
C 155.100.37.0/24 is directly connected, FastEthernet0/0.1
C 155.100.35.0/24 is directly connected, Serial0/0
O IA 155.100.34.0/24 [110/1562] via 155.100.35.1, 00:02:48, Serial0/0
O IA 155.100.33.0/24 [110/1563] via 155.100.35.1, 00:02:48, Serial0/0
O IA 155.100.32.0/24 [110/1572] via 155.100.35.1, 00:02:48, Serial0/0
