Cisco also subscribes to all the Groupstudy mailing lists to watch for NDA viol
ations.

If you are not sure if the question violates NDA, then be safe rather then sorr
y and don't ask !

Subject: NDA Violations - what to do?

Everyone thinking of becoming Cisco certified really
should review the following: (Watch word wrap)

www.cisco.com/warp/customer/625/ccie/ccie_program/confidentiality_agrmt.
pdf

Everyone taking any exam or lab in the Cisco
Certification program has agreed to this. End of story.

Kind of hard to argue: "... You may not disclose the Exam
Questions or discuss any of the content of the Exam
Materials with any person, without prior written
approval of Cisco; ...."

If you see something that you think is an NDA violation,
send an email to ccie@cisco.com - you'll be surprised at
how quickly they'll respond to issues such as this.
