Cisco 1720 DSL config

Hello -

Very new to the DSL arena. Trying to connect a Cisco 1720 to a DSL modem. I
was told to use a dialer interface, here is the config minus ip addresses on
the int's. The dialer int does not even come up when debug dialer is
activated. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.
