Well, I cannot agree with you entirely. With that command you will see if
your peer is running InverseARP. I mean, when you get the dynamic entry that
could come from your request or from your peer's request. If both FR peers
have dynamic entries, then you can be sure InverseARP is enabled. If not,
you cannot know who is IARP enabled and who is not (if you just look at 's
fr map').

You need show run (or perhaps a command I've never heard about).

sh frame map will tell you if static or dynamic mapping is in effect.
