If you have a choice of 2 consective class C's (I am assuming class C
network), send 2 x /24's with no-export(no as prepend as well) to AS1, send
the aggregated /23 with as-prepend to AS1, and without as-prepend to AS2.

You can create a couple of other permutations / combinations on these lines.
