Unfortunately, the only place to get them is from Cisco. To
download them you have to have a service contract. It would
nice if they made it easier for us, but I don't see that
changing.
Heck, they've even made it harder to get SmartNet on used
equipment. Now it has to be certified--at a sizable cost--
before you can get a service contract on it. This is in thanks
to the people who knowingly bought broken equipment and then
bought a contract so they could replace the broken equipment!
