Try redistribute connected in the ospf process. Make sure to create a
route-map that excludes any connected interfaces that are part of IGRP.
The issue, if I understand correctly, is that the 1.1.1.1 route on the
redistributing router shows up as connected not as an ospf route,
therefore won't be redistributed unless you use redistribute connected.

Lets say router 1 has ethernet 1.1.1.1 This interface is part of OSPF
(network 1.1.1.1 0.0.0.0 area 0)
I am redistributing OSPF into igrp.
There is another router directly connected via a serial connection that
is
running igrp only.
It was seeing all the OSPF routes being re distributed into igrp except
the
Directly connected interface 1.1.1.1 of the re distributing router.
If that makes any sense.

Redistributing OSPF into IGRP will make the router redistribute all the
OSPF
routes in the route table into IGRP.
