Hi Derek,
use multiple static arp statments all to the same mac-address as in
arp 165.10.10.101 2200.0001.0001 ARPA
arp 165.10.10.100 2200.0001.0001 ARPA
arp 165.10.10.102 2200.0001.0001 ARPA
