I think you misunderstood my question.
My question is why 4.4.4.0 in r1'bgp table is not
"best".
"show ip bgp 4.4.4.0" tell me it is "not
synchronized".
I know 4.4.4.0 is in r1's routing table.
That's correct because OSPF.

and I look the RID of BGP and OSPF,
they are same, both are r3's loopback address.
Anyone can make it clear?
