But I want to advertise ONLY customer routes,
with specific PREPEND.

If I will change order as you suggest it will
leak all prefixes with PROVIDER_X_1 community,
regardless of existance CUSTOMERS_OR_OURS community.

Thanks for his posting -- It doesn't exactly answer my question,
but maybe I need to re-think strategy how we are tagging prefixes.
After all, only CUSTOMER prefixes should be tagged with
PROVIDER_X_? communnities....
