3) e/n xover will not work. t/r pins are 3456, e/n are 1236, i don't think
there is a t/r xover
4) it take a couple of secs to attach
5) if lobe test passes, cable is good

8) oxidation on contacts?

10) might be cbl impeadance issue (long shot)
