I always disable the inverse arp for the lab purposes.....

If R3, R4 and R5 support frame-relay inverse-arp then each router
should automatically find out the remote address for each
PVC. Therefore, connectivity between R3 to R4 and R3 to R5, should be
possible.

In order to tell R4 how to get R5, frame-relay map statments will be
required on R4 and vice cersa for R5.
