Bootcamp recommendations

I attempted the lab a few months back and I'm going for my next (and
hopefully last) shot in 2 months. I wonder what kind of preparation should I
be going through. I am considering one of the real-life 5-day bootcamps.
They are a bit pricey, but are they worth it? What are the good ones if any?
It seems to me that there's only one well-known "bootcamp" in the US, and
that's in Illinois. Please advice.
