Your question confuses me. You first mention that you know how
to suppress routes going to neighbors and then follow that by
saying you don't know how to suppress connected or learned
routes.

First of all, if you don't explicitly add your connected
interfaces to BGP then there's no need to filter them in the
first place.

The simplest way to filter routes is a distribute list. Have
you tried that yet? Or have I completely misunderstood what
you're asking? :-)
