I left cisco 4 months ago and pagent was internal 'only'. But Cisco likes to
help their parters so perhaps you can contact them asking for it.

When I was at Cisco in '96 we did give pagent to large companies like MCI.
It
was done on a trail basis and I'm not sure how it turned out.
