My $.02 as an exercise (me no expert in frts):
CIR = Bc/Tc, with Tc= .125 and the actual guaranteed traffic rate 48K, then Bc
is .125 x 48000 = 6000
mincir = 16000
Be = (64000 - 48000) x .125 = 2000
Though, if you are "paying" for 48,000, why would you throttle back to 16,000?
Maybe I don't get it.
