Make sure you have clns routing enabled. On normal point-to-point links you
don't need it because your not routing the traffic across the router. With
mulitipoint the Hub will actually need to route the PDU's across. If you are
running IOS 12.1 or greater clns routing is not automatically enabled like
it is with lesser versions of code. Off the top of my head this would be my
natural suggestion.
If this doesn't work could you pleace provide the configuration of the
devices.
