Go to CCO and get the password recovery doc for the 4000. Follow the
preocedure. You want to boot the router without the startup config (config
register 2142 on most routers). Once you have got the router up and can get
into PRIV, set the enable password and the enable secret. Then do a 'copy
run start'. Set the config register back to 2102 and reboot to check it is
working how you want it.
