On the 2600 family, the VIC-2FX cannot be interted into the WIC slot.
You need an NM-1V or NM-2V inserted into your NM slot, and then
you can insert one (NM-1V) or two (NM-2V) VICs. Some flavors of
the 1700 router do have slots that can accept either WIC or VIC cards
but not on the 2600.
