Try "show proc cpu history" .. not very accurate but it might give you the
results the you want.

Subject: router CPU utilization exceeds 90%

Does anyone know any router log function which can log
the router CPU performance? Our Spectrum manager
sends "router CPU exceeds 90% utilization" a couple of
times once a week. But every time when I receive the
page, I check the log and process CPU. I didn't see
any sign. Our router has "service timestamp log"
command. But I am wondering if there's any other
command can log the CPU utilization, so I can
determine if it may be Spectrum manger sends the false
alarms. Thanks.

Arthur
