You should only have to bring the interface up with a no shut, and the
timeslots are generally 1-24 by default. You can go into interface
configuration mode and give each interface the "service-module t1 timeslots
1-24". If it still doesn't come up you can check the clock, one interface
should be source and one should be line. If not check linecoding (should be
b8zs), framing (should be esf). If none of these work then check your
cable, it has to be a t1 crossover, pins 1 to 4, 2 to 5, 4 to 1, and 5 to 2.

        Just wanted to know the basic commands to get a wic-1t-csu/dsu
module to come up back to back. Sorry for this elementary question but I
couldn't find it on the web for some kind of reason. I believe I have the
pin outs of the cable right but if you don't mind please give me that
information too.
