Thanks Dan and all for your group help and
suggestions. I was able to figure out and fix my
freaking problem.

All that was added was the route-map and extended
access-list.

redistribute ospf 100 metric 2 route-map intorip
 !
route-map intorip permit 10
match ip address 105
!access-list 105 permit ip 172.16.1.27 0.0.0.15 any
access-list 105 permit ip 172.26.1.7 0.0.0.15 any

Sometimes you think you know your shi* but you really
don't. This is why more experienced people fail CCIE
