Hey Scott,

Actually I had asked my Cisco rep. After a few phone calls, it turns out
that there are no feature differences at all between the two. The WS-X5213
had some issues with auto-sensing under certain conditions due to a
questionable chip on the blade. They changed chip manufacturers for that
chip, and then appended the "A" to the part number, hense WS-X5213A was
born...
