DHCP Relay Actions

Hi,

Consider the following:

DHCP Server(192.168.1.1)----WAN----(s0)Router(e0)----DHCP Client

The Router has the following config:

interface e0
  ip helper-address 192.168.1.1

When the router relays a DHCPREQUEST to the DHCP server, does the router
use the IP address of s0 as the source of the IP datagram, or the IP
address of e0 as the source of the IP datagram?

This is an important issue for VPN/DHCP Relay interoperability...
