OT: Cisco Secure problem

  Hi All,
               we have a problem with Cisco Secure 2.4 using a Radius server
to
 authenticate users of an NT domain, dialing in using an access server. When
we look at "Logged-in users" on the Cisco Secure screen, sometimes some
users are dispayed as Domain_name\user_name and next time when they dial in
they may be displayed only with userid only.

       Why does this happen and how can we fix it ?.
