Patrick,
Try the sparse-dense-mode instead of sparse-mode, sparse-mode has
problem to advertise the groups of 224.0.0.40 and 224.0.0.39, which are
cirtical for sparse-mode ro run successfully.
I have same topology as yours, it doesn't work until I configured
sparse-dense-mode.
