If Gary AS set the route to no-export as it receives from some-where-else,
how can Chris AS pass it to Stieve AS since in Chris AS does not receive the
route from Gary AS [Gary AS will not up-date this route to Chris AS coz of
the no-export tag]. First, AS Gary must have to modify the no-export tag in
that route so that this route can be passed to AS Chris.

I thought from the original scenario posted by Gary is that "Chris AS" was
receiving a route with no-export from its interface "A" and wanted to modify
the tag to "None" and eventuall Chris AS will be able topass that same route
to Stieve AS.

Am I missing a point in the original scenario?
