i had one like that after an rma
is has no os
try an xmodem transfer
do you get the diagnostic dialoge ???
try a seach in cisco's site for ATQ0H0
or you may have the wrong cable ?
http://www.cisco.com/warp/cpropub/67/gj_faq.html
Wrong RS-232 Cable
A null-modem cable is needed when attaching
directly to terminals or other stations; a
straight-through cable is needed when attaching to
modems. ATQ0H0 may appear on the terminal
screen.

Hi, I have a cat 1924 that I can't console to; all I
get in the way of output is ATQ0H0 or something like
that. I've tried all of the different baud rates, but
it doesn't help. Has anyone seen this before?
Thanks in advance,
Jack
