You probably meant 2 BRI, not 2 B channels. Each BRI has 2 B channels which
gives you 128K. Any router that can take a NM-4B interface card will be able
to let you bundle multiple BRIs. For example the 3600 series. Even the
older 4500 routers are capable as well. But to get 384K you'll need 3 BRI
interfaces.
