You'd think Cisco would get the message when so many of these posts cross
this list. I have complained about the Doc CD to everyone I ever talk to at
Cisco. I always tell them. Make the disk browse-able with a web browser so
it does not need to be installed. They know it's problem but it's as if they
refuse to acknowledge that Netscape is essentially dead.
Hello Cisco!!! Are you listening? If CCIE candidates can't install the CD
without trouble shooting, you know your Doc CD is flawed!!
FYI : With problem concerning the install, try using a Doc CD july 2001 or
later if you are using ME or W2k.

Hi,
I use cisco cd on windows me platform, it's working normally. I think you
must install netscape so that you can see document cd, use IE, I can't use
document cd. So, I think there have some compatible problem in cisco cd
and IE.
regards,
YJ

Hi all,
Is there a version of the Cisco Documentation CD that works with Windows
Me?
Can't get my copy to work! ;-)
Thx
