Your R4 configuration don't seen right...

It should be
network 135.3.2.68 0.0.0.3 area 33
or
network 135.3.2.70 0.0.0.0 area 33
May be you should double check your configuration again..

link. I think so too that it is a v-link problem. Are you using the
Router
ids or the neighbor interface ip address for the v-link definitions ?
