Robert,

My first guess would be that the virtual link from R5 to R4 is not
configured properly. Run a "show ip ospf v" on R4 and then on R5 to make
sure that they are both in an "up" state. If they are not, "show ip ospf"
on each router to make sure that you have the correct router-ids in the
other neighbor's "area 33 virtual-link a.b.c.d" statement.
