add an interface to OSPF that is also running another protocol--
in this case EIGRP--then that network will not be advertised in
OSPF without redistribute connected?
If so, that would be a very annoying bug that needs to be
fixed. I haven't run into it yet but I'll have to check it out
when I get home tonight.
