>From BGP4 Command and Configuration hadbook, p.250:
9-6 network <ip-address> mask <network-mask> route-map <route-map-name>
Purpose: In theory, these commands allow you to modify a network's BGP
attributes. In our experience, THEY ARE BUGGY AND SHOULD NOT BE USED. See
sections 8-25 (neighbor <ip-address | peer-group-name> route-map
<route-map-name> in) and 8-26 (neighbor <ip-address | peer-group-name>
route-map <route-map-name> out) to modify BGP attributes of received or
transmitted network advertisements.
