According to what I know from the guys at Cisco Press, they do NOT give
out PDFs
to anyone, either Cisco Employees or even authors of books (unless it is
your own book). Also, Cisco Press is owned by Pearson Education, which
also owns Addison-Wesley.

just this.
Don't Cisco employees have .pdf access to all Cisco Press books? It
explains
it in great detail.
If you can't find it e-mail me offline, I have a spreadsheet that
decodes
the values. I picked it up off the list earlier this year.
