That would be cool if they did have the PDFs, but I know that CiscoPress is
not owned by Cisco. It is owned by another large publisher, Addison-Wesley,
I think.

The new CCIE Practical Studies book from Cisco Press has a great section on
just this.

Don't Cisco employees have .pdf access to all Cisco Press books? It explains
it in great detail.

If you can't find it e-mail me offline, I have a spreadsheet that decodes
the values. I picked it up off the list earlier this year.
