Socket 457 is actually the "serialization" socket used by Netware to help it en
force it's user licensing policy.
Regarding the rest of your question, I'm sorry I don't have the lab in front of
me, but is snapshot routing involved? And even if it isn't, why not hang the p
ublished solution? I would think a thorough analysis of what will be required t
o -make- it work, given the constraints, would provide a valuable learning expe
rience.
