Rayaboy: The answer to #1 is simplier than most replies have. There
are two possible encapsulations to use: HDLC and PPP. HDLC will use
both BRI's for a single call, PPP
will use a single BRI (with other config commands). So the issue to be
spotted here is that of encapsulation. Use PPP; PPP multilink is not
required in this exercise.
See the course reference, "Cisco Certification".p.174 second paragraph.

The answer to #2 is so that either BRI could be used. Only one is
necessary to call but if that BRI is busy (a common occurance using an
ISDN simulator) then the call won't go thru.

BTW, the ECP1 course has been replaced with the RS-NMC-1 course from
NetMasterClass.
