When a physical interface is encapsulate with Frame Relay, the
split-horizon is disable. You can solve this problem by either enable
split horizon or filter out unwanted routes by using a distribute-list like
below.
If you have time, watch the behavior on the remote router, R5. It is quite
interesting. In fact, you have a routing loop.
