You're the one who chose to call it cheating... not me. Consulting with a
CCIE is one thing. if the NDA isn't violated, how can one call that cheating?

This exam can not be cheated through. End of story and that is why people
with the CCIE# are held in high esteem. If I theoretically took a weak Cisco
engineer and told them everything that was on it, they still wouldn't pass
without 1000's of hours of direct hands on.
