Common LU list for locaddr-priority-list

Hi,

The following example is from Cisco DLSw+ Design and Implementation Guide:

locaddr-priority-list 1 02 high
locaddr-priority-list 1 04 low
interface tokenring0
      locaddr-priority 1

In above example, 02 is terminal session, 04 is printer session. Are these
numbers assigned by a system administrator or they are fixed? If they are
fixed numbers, where can I find more information about them?
