Has anyone used Tactical software for outbound client access utilizing say a
NM-24DM digital modem card? TAC says they have a product that replaces the
Cisco dial out utility.

The product is called Dial out/EZ. The question is has anyone used it, does
it work, and do you have a sample router config!
