Every packet with source address matching access-list 101 going out interface e
thernet 1/0 will have it's source address replaced with E1/0 address. That mean
s no matter if the packets are coming from the same host or different hosts the
y all will have the same source address but a TCP port match will be made so th
e router knows from which host it come from.
