Has anybody any experiences using Broadlogic VersaCast over ATM?
We have 2 x 7513's with OC-12 links back to a Marconi ATM network. The
VersaCast server is on ELAN44, and the clients on ELAN3. Clients cannot view
any of the programs (using IP/TV viewer). However, clients on ELAN44 can
view the programs with no problem. The 7513's replaced two Wellfleet routers
which worked ok.
We have installed IP/TV servers on ELAN44 and can view programs from these
on ELAN3, so multicast seems to be working ok.
The VersaCast server basically takes a satellite feed from Reuters (IP/TV
servers), and forwards all traffic through. We are now at the 'diagnosing
packet' level, and just wondered whether anybody had been down this road
before.
Any help or advice anybody can give would be most appreciated.
