With Windows 2000 I recommend you get the free private Version of
HyperTerminal. Attached is a HyperTerminal script that I know will work
with the 3920 with Windows XP, check to see if it helps.

I'm currenly configuring the 3920 in the CCIE Bootcamp rack for the
first time. Why does the entire 3920 menu screen scroll up anytime I
hit a key? Is there any way to keep the screen static?
