Yes ip ospf network point-to-multipoint is responsible for this.

Hello all, When I have the 3 three routers connected by frame-relay
network and they are run ospf protocols with area 0. I setup "ip ospf
network point-to-multipoint" on each of them, I found the 32 bits mask
with the address which is the two others frame-relay interfaces. Do you
notice this? My IOS version is 12.15c with 4000M platform.
