8192 is the value that the "set spantree root" macro uses for the bridge
priority... I like to explicitly set the root priorities to 100, and 200
for the switch that will become the root should the root bridge fail.

By default, Cisco switches choose a value of 32768...

I've also noticed on some versions of code that if you have a switch out
there that is already the STP root for a VLAN and you run the set spantree
root macro on a Cat, the Catalyst will make its' priority one less than the
current root bridge... The set spantree root secondary will only set the
bridge priority to 16384.

The only problem with 0 is this means that it cannot be the root bridge or
considered in choosing a root bridge. 1 is the lowest value and highest
priority for a device to be root.
