BFQ Lab Lays an Egg

Folks,
Recently I booked time on the Cisco practice lab available at WWW.BFQ.COM. I
paid my $49 and received confirmation that my 6 hour timeslot had been
reserved. The e-mail contained a hostname to telnet to. I attempted to
access the lab using the instructions provided to me and I was unable to get
in. I alpha-paged the "POD" engineer and did not get a response. I called
the contact listed on the website the next day after hearing absolutely
nothing from these guys. I was informed that the equipment was in the
process of being moved (would have been nice to know before I spent the $49)
and that I would be given a free timeslot in the future. Long story short,
the free timeslot came and I was actually able to get in. However, one of
the key routers was unreachable via the Tserv ( No ISDN as a result). Again
I paged the "POD" engineer and received no response. I sent an e-mail
stating I was displeased with the level of service so far and that a refund
was in order . Surprise, no response. I called the contact the next day and
he hung up on me. Bottom line: If you enjoy throwing away money and people
not responding to your support requests, I have a block of wood in my garage
you can telnet to and use for the low price of $49 for six hours. If you
don't, stick with CCIEGYM.COM or FATKID. Both of these labs offer
reliability and responses to your support requests. Thanks for your time.
