You'll probably want to verify but I believe some of the higher
end DHCP servers will 50/50 give out address scopes such that
half use one default gateway and the other half use another.
YOu can also have better redundency you can have two DHCP server
and each knows what addresses the other has given out.

Cisco has a DHCP server (standalone, not in the IOS) that will
 do this called "Network Registrar"

Subject: MHSRP

Trying to think of the best way to assign two different gateways for MHSRP
using DHCP. So that half the computer on a subnet use one gateway and the
other half use the other gateway.

I know that I could have two different DHCP servers with two scopes and in
each one point to a different gateway. But then how do you control which
DHCP
server provides the address so that you get about a 50-50 split?

Any suggestions? Thanks.

Nathan
